The carne asada burrito is damn good here. And I've given it plenty of times to disappoint me, and it just doesn't.

UPDATE: This taqueria is now called El Takua.

I wanted to try this place twice. The hours state they open at 9:00 am. I've been their on a Monday at 9:15 and a Tuesday at 9:10 and they weren't open. I hope someone can update the hours.

I have been to many taco places this by far was the worst. The tacos had no flavor and were dry. I will not eat here again

Notice that this restaurant is called El Takua now. Super loud music, you cannot avoid. I don't get why people like to eat listening to very loud music, almost impossible to have a conversation and if you eat alone you get too stressed. That said, the place is very cute and Caribbean colored, it feels cozy. I ordered a fish taco (bass) and was OK, and an octopus tostada (the main reason we stayed there is because i was craving octopus tacos and in their absence, a tostada was good enough). That tostada was very good and the octopus was tender and the quantity was very satisfying. My companion order the special burrito and left half there, too big, just beans and not very tasty meat. I will go again for the caldo siete mares (because not easy to find at all Mexican restaurants) but will skip the tacos and burritos.

    no taste nor customer service.
went her after lunch rush hour today and all tables were dirty, took them about 15 minutes to clean it while waiting to also take our orders.
a person that got their after us had his food and table cleaned first than ours.
they put too much limon on their seafood tostadas and also their spawn fish aka longonsitnos taste like soap. my mom was disatified after one bite and they stil charged her full price for a plate she didnt even eat, never coming back here again. too bad las islitas was under construction at this time so we had to improvise with this place but its a sick joke. dont come here if you like good seafood, also their fajitas only had a bit of meat, what a rip off.
